Buyer Due-Diligence, Explained
Before you commit to a Bonaire home, we check what you can't see from the listing — title, tenure, charges, and condition.

Buying on Bonaire is exciting, but a listing photo doesn’t tell you whether the title is clean, how many years are left on an erfpacht lease, or whether a VvE has a looming special assessment.
With Buyer Assistance, we do the due diligence for you. We pull the Kadaster record to confirm ownership, tenure and boundaries; review VvE documents, permits and outstanding charges; and sanity-check the asking price against real comparable sales. Where a survey or notary question is warranted, we tell you before you’re emotionally committed.
The goal is simple: you walk into the notary knowing exactly what you’re buying and what it’s worth, with no surprises after the deposit is down.
Due-diligence research is one part of Buyer Assistance — 1% of the purchase price for the whole buyer process.
